HBCU THEATRE CONFERENCE

On Saturday, April 8, selected students from seven of the region’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities will gather in Hattiloo Theatre’s new Development Center for the first annual HBCU Theatre Conference. The only one of its kind and designed specifically for students of HBCUs, the conference will feature panels and workshops with luminaries of Black theatre as well as prominent Black playwrights, directors, technicians and graduate faculty.

Hattiloo Theatre - Hattiloo is a Black repertory theatre dedicated to being accessible to, relevant to, and reflective of its multi-cultural community.
